12/27/2011 4:13pm - Kick boxing class is cancelled tonight. The instructor is out sick. Our apologies for short notice.
11/29/2011 1:51pm - Jim is out tonight. We are attempting to find a substitute. Please call first before coming to the 5:30pm class in the event it is cancelled.
11/15/2011 - The fitness center will be closed November 24, 2011 for Thanksgiving. We will reopen November 25th at 8am.
11/10/2011 - Child care will be closed Friday, November 11, 2011.
11/3/2011 - The Fitness Challenge begins Saturday, November 5, 2011.
